Terms & Conditions – Casa Casalot 1. Booking & Payment: A deposit of 50% is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. 2. Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. 3. Liability: The owner is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries sustained by guests during their stay at Casa Casalot. 4. Applicable Law: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed exclusively by Spanish law and the courts of Tortosa.
