Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor terraces. • 🤫 Quiet Hours: To respect our peaceful residential community in El Casalot, please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM). • 🐾 Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. • 🏊 Pool & Garden: Please follow the community safety guidelines when using the two large swimming pools and shared garden spaces. • 🔥 BBQ & Safety: Feel free to use the BBQs on the private balcony and the large roof terrace. Please clean them after use and ensure the fire is completely extinguished for safety. • ⚡ Energy Consumption: High-speed internet is fully included. For winter long-stays, electricity and gas are included up to €100 per month; excessive consumption will be deducted from the security deposit.
